President
Walter has been engineering civil projects since protractors, compasses, and T-squares were common desktop items. His experience is invaluable to the quality of our services, and his skills have led us to win many awards and recognition within the community.

Project Manager
Chris is a California native with 25 years of experience doing the types of projects AEC loves to do. He is outgoing and loves building relationships in the industry and the community. A part time outdoor sports fan and full time dad, he is living the Tahoe dream with enthusiasm and passion!

Environmental Planner
Lydia is our Tahoe-Truckee regional planning and permitting expert. If there’s an agency that has a say in your project, she knows how to approach them. She is ACIP certified, experienced, and super friendly to work with.

Project Surveyor
Keith was born to be a Land Surveyor. He is a true local and probably knows more about the land here in North Lake Tahoe than anyone else. His list of services and experience is a mile long and it is more than apparent he loves what he does.

Staff Engineer
Cindy is the cheeriest member of our staff. This might be because she's the newest member, but we are enjoying it either way. She is sharp, qualified, and deliberate in her actions. If you see her out on the trails, be sure to say hello!

Staff Engineer
From regional water treatment plants to individual residential lots, Christina has a knack for design. She's great with CAD, collaborates well with everyone, and performs field inspections like a pro. Fun fact about Christina: not only is she a skilled engineer, she has a beautiful singing voice!

Staff Engineer
Celeste is an Environmental Engineer that enjoys outdoor sports, the smell of pine trees, and water related utilities. After college she traveled the globe using her engineering skills for good, and naturally landed in Tahoe when she was ready to settle down. She fits right in with the team and we appreciate her hard work!

Staff Engineer
Justin has used his passion and knowledge in Civil Engineering in many places around the country, but upon arriving in Tahoe City, he knew he was home. We think he's been a great addition to the team and we try to keep him as busy as we can with field work, office work, you name it, he has the energy for it!

Survey Technicians
These guys deserve a shout out. They are the skilled individuals out in the field making sure projects are completed correctly. Many of them using technical equipment to survey private property, public land, and development projects alike. Tahoe is no easy place to do that kind of work, either.
