Description: The project included the redevelopment of an existing lakefront residence in Carnelian Bay. Close coordination with the North Tahoe Fire Protection District, the Agate Bay Water Company, and utility providers in order to achieve compliance with fire flows, connections, and the necessary utility relocations were required for this technically challenging project.
