AEC prepared the Vesting Tentative Map and Final Map for The Summit and Overlook subdivisions at Northstar-at-Tahoe. The Summit Subdivision consists of 15 custom homesite lots. Lots range in size from 20,148 square feet to 32,720 square feet. Future residences to be constructed on the proposed lots would be primarily custom homes. Roadway and most utility infrastructure for the project exist on the site, and would be extended to serve the new lots. Offsite improvements include two 500,000 gallon high welded steel water tanks, a graded tank access, a graded tank driveway, and approximately 6,950 LF of 12" water line. Two skier access trails (approximately 4.8 acres) into the Summit and Overlook were also approved with this project. The Overlook project consists of developing 26 custom homesite lots to the north and adjacent to the Summit. Lots range in size from 14,200 square feet to 18,000 square feet. The AEC survey department provided topographic design surveys, legal descriptions, property research, Final Map processing and approval and subdivision monumentation.
